Gabrielle Goodman

Gabrielle Goodman is a professor in the Voice department at Berklee College of Music. Proficient in jazz, R&B, classical, and gospel, she has performed with artists such as Chaka Khan, Al Jarreau, Nancy Wilson, and Roberta Flack, who praised Goodman as “one of the finest singers around today.” Her 1993 debut, Travelin’ Light, garnered international acclaim. Goodman also co-wrote “You Can Make the Story Right” with Chaka Khan, earning an ASCAP Songwriting Award. With Berklee Online, she teaches Improvisation Techniques for Singing Pop and R&B, a course she authored, and R&B Vocals, which she co-wrote with Jeff Ramsey.
