Jerry Gates

Jerry Gates is a composer, producer, arranger, and educator with more than 35 years of industry experience. He has authored Arranging for Horns (Berklee Press) and All Twelve: Dodecaphonic Sources for Contemporary Composition. His professional credits include work for clients such as Nestlé, Hassan El Shafei, and Poetic Jazz, as well as TV and radio work for brands like Bank of America and Scope. At Berklee College of Music, he teaches in the Contemporary Writing and Production department and has authored several arranging courses for Berklee Online.
